This diverse blend enables us to effectively transmit our knowledge and skills to the incoming team, ensuring the continuity of essential capabilities and techniques.

Throughout the project you will have constant on and off site communication with the builder and the supervisor on site. The builder will carry out daily check ins with all staff working on your project.

Prior to starting your project you will be issued with a project schedule and timeframe. This way you can follow along and see what’s coming in the days/weeks ahead.

We also provide a list of trades which will be carrying out work on your project so you know who is coming in and out.

From the start of the project we set out a budget you wish to stick within. This way from the start we design the project to meet within the budget number.

We spend a lot of time going through the details in the quoting stage to avoid unexpected costs arising. A detailed inclusions list is provided so you can read through and make sure nothing is missed.
